For 2026 we have introduced a discount for our Traders to help support our family of Traders during difficult times!

Our revised pricing structure 2026 is:

TRADERS   £ 55.00 

SUPPORT AND SERVICES   £ 55.00

FOOD AND BEVERAGE TRADERS   £ 70.00

( All Prices are inclusive of VAT )

Please ensure that you select the correct type of Stall that you wish to apply for as entries submitted on incorrect forms will be refused and will be required to be resubmitted on the correct form.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE BOOKING REQUEST FORM:

Traders will need to upload a copy of their Liability Insurance document during the online application process and Food Vendors will also need to upload proof of their current Food Hygiene Rating and a photo of their trading vehicle, if trading from a vehicle, so please ensure that you have these to hand whilst completing the form. Support and Services can upload these documents at a later date. 

All PLOTS ARE EXTERNAL AND 3 METRES SQUARE.

APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE THIER OWN GAZEEBOS, WHICH MUST BE OF COMMERCIAL GRADE ( NOT DOMESTIC TYPE ) AND HAVE APPROPRIATE WEIGHTS.

WE ARE UNFORTUNATILY UNABLE TO PROVIDE ELECTRICITY SO ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN INDEPENDANT SUPPLY.
